SO.....WHAT EXACTLY IS "RHONDAFIED"?
Apparently, I’ve been Rhondafying businesses for years. I just didn’t have a name for it.
I’ve always been the person who notices when something is harder than it needs to be. Why are we entering the same information twice? Why does everyone have a different version of this form? Who makes the forms? How does this process actually work? What happens after step 2 or step 9? And why does the answer to every question eventually become, “Hey Rhonda....”?
I don’t just like organizing things. I like figuring out why they’re messy in the first place—then building a simpler, clearer way to do the work.
Eventually, “Rhondafy it” became shorthand for exactly that: take something unnecessarily complicated, inconsistent, outdated, or confusing—and make it make sense.
The goal isn’t to become your next “Ask Rhonda.”
That's Rhondafied!
The goal is to make sure you don’t need me.
why me?
Because I’ve been inside the mess.
I didn’t learn this work from a consulting playbook. I learned it by working inside growing businesses where the systems had to catch up with the work.
I’ve scheduled hundreds of appointments, built tracking systems, written procedures, standardized documents, implemented software, trained teams, untangled workflows, and figured out what happens when the answer to “How do we do this?” lives in one person’s head.
That experience taught me something simple: the best system isn’t the fanciest one. It’s the one people can actually use.
Practical. Usable. Built for the way your business actually works.
